When someone feels heard, an emotional burden is lifted and they feel less stressed and confused.

The Course

    We understand it can be hard to find the time and that you have other commitments. That’s why we have made the majority of our training self-paced, to offer you the flexibility to learn when it suits you.

Voice of Health's Active Listener training is designed to upskill you in a number of key areas. We want you to be able to take care of yourself, and also make sure you feel confident to start communicating with others.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • How long does the training take?

    The Active Listener training is divided into two sections. The first section is self-paced, and we recommend allowing at least 3-4 hours, however you may complete it quicker than this. The second section consist of a single one and a half hour webinar.

  • Will I receive proof of completion?

    Yes! At the end of the training you will receive a personalised certification saying you are a certified Voice of Health Active Listener.

  • What languages is the course presented in?

    At this stage the course is only delivered in English, however we are working on expanding this to other languages.

  • How much does the course cost?

    As a way to make our course more accessible during the troubling times presented by Covid-19 we have decided to make our course FREE for this period.

  • What are the prerequisites?

    None! Anyone can enrol in our training and become an Active Listener, whether you want to learn valuable skills for yourself or to support others, we welcome you!.

  • How will I be approved?

    You will be approved based on the quality of your responses and engagement. Don't stress if you are not approved, just email us at info@voiceofhealth.com.au and we can have a chat.
